Wrong time on my Laptop Windows 11 Pro

Windows 11 Pro (Laptop) Region: set to Eastern Time USA Issue: Clock = 5 minutes slow. I tried resetting to Auto Zone location timing by permission settings - The auto is still grey. Note: The issues started after a recent update.
