Why I cannot access to schedule an Exam?

Hi,

in 2024 I already gave successfully some Microsoft exams; now I would like to follow the usual procedure to schedule A104 exam but after entering my generalities the form refuses to let me enter the scheduling process and a fast disappearing light blue message tells me to contact the authentication center (I suppose here) ; what happens? Thank you in advance...
