Specify basic file-selection criteria

To specify basic file-selection criteria

Open Remote Storage.
In the console tree, double-click Remote Storage, and then click Managed Volumes.
In the details pane, right-click the applicable volume, and then click Settings.
On the Settings tab, under File criteria, in Larger than, click the UP or DOWN ARROW to set the file size value.
Under File criteria, in Not accessed in, click the UP or DOWN ARROW to change the time value.

Notes

To perform this procedure, you must be a member of the Administrators group on the local computer, or you must have been delegated the appropriate authority. If the computer is joined to a domain, members of the Domain Admins group might be able to perform this procedure. As a security best practice, consider using Run as to perform this procedure.
To open Remote Storage, click Start, click Control Panel, double-click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Remote Storage.
If insufficient free space is created on your managed volume because not enough files are being copied to remote storage, you may need to decrease these values.
