2.2.2.4.1.1 MTAG_HELLO
The MTAG_HELLO message is sent by the Management Client to the Management Server in order to verify that the connection with the Management Server is established (if not, the sending fails; see section 3.2.5.2).

MsgHeader (24 bytes): This field MUST contain a MESSAGE_PACKET structure (as specified in [MS-DTCO], section 2.2.4.1). The dwUserMsgType field MUST be 0x00003006. The dwcbVarLenData field MUST be 0.
