Managing Mail Recipients

This topic covers how mail recipients can be managed programmatically in Microsoft® Exchange Server 2003. The management is provided by CDO for Exchange Management (CDOEXM)  interfaces that are aggregated into Collaboration Data Objects (CDO) and Active Directory® Service Interfaces (ADSI) objects capable of acting as recipients.

The CDOEXM recipient interfaces are used in conjunction with information in CDO and ADSI objects for tasks such as creating, moving, and deleting recipients. These interfaces also provide the means for setting mailbox properties such as limits, forwarding properties, proxy addresses, and alias names.
