BDD Business Desktop Deployment is THE way to deploy Vista. Chock full of tools, resources, whitepapers, bestpractices - it's a veritable feast of deployment goodness!
ACT The Application Compatibility Toolkit is part of BDD. Are you partners complaining about getting apps to run on Vista? They should use this tool to gather information on which apps are running on their environment and use global community information to check compatibility which will save them doing their own testing.
Deployment Workbench An IT Manager's workbench - central place from which to get the job done
