ID3DXRenderToEnvMap::BeginParabolic method

Initiate the rendering of a parabolic environment map.

Syntax

  [in] LPDIRECT3DTEXTURE9 pTexZNeg
);

Parameters

pTexZPos [in]

Type: LPDIRECT3DTEXTURE9

Pointer to an IDirect3DTexture9 interface that represents the positive render texture.

pTexZNeg [in]

Type: LPDIRECT3DTEXTURE9

Pointer to an IDirect3DTexture9 interface that represents the negative render texture.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If the function succeeds, the return value is D3D_OK. If the function fails, the return value can be one of the following: D3DERR_INVALIDCALL.E_FAIL
