In Exchange workflow

The Evaluation Order list box makes it possible for you to set the order in which the events are evaluated. The list box has a two-column grid that shows all the currently defined transitions (by Name) that are exiting the state and the state to which the transition goes. Selection is by "row" in the grid (that is, you can not select only a transition name and not the next state).

When inside the list box, the up arrow button and down arrow button will move the selected item up or down. The list box supports single selection only.

In SQL Server workflow

The Name column displays the names of all transitions that originate from the selected state. The Next State column displays the names of the states to which the transitions connect.

Add Transition   Opens the Add Transition dialog box, which makes it possible for you to add a transition to the workflow process by selecting a type of transition and a destination state. For details, see Add Transition Dialog Box.

Delete   Deletes the currently selected transition from the workflow process.
