In Microsoft Word my redlines and margin comments don't show simultaneously on MacBook Pro.

In the past, Word showed redlines to documents and then comments on the right margin. Now, if I want to see the comments in the right margin, I have to click on comments and when I do this, the redlines in the body of the document don't show up.

Why does my default language continually change to United States no matter how many times I set the default to Australia?
