I downloaded file "Microsoft.ZuneVideo_2019.22031.10071.0_neutral_~_8wekyb3d8bbwe.appxbundle"

and installed it successfully on PowerShell using the command line :"Add-AppxPackage *"

Start menu can see shortcuts, but it will close automatically after opening

When I try to open a video file, it will also report an error that it cannot be opened

The error message is: file system error

Unlikely it is supported on Windows Server. You could ask here in dedicated forums for more assistance.

The could be an issue with the codec rather than the player.

You could try another media player like VLC.

Also might be a good idea to not attach screenshots with dubious content.

    Hello Zyuuzy,

This error usually appears on Zune or Windows Media Player where there is a communication error with the storage. In most cases, the issue comes from an outdated storage driver, or a system that has been upgraded and still uses drivers installed in the previous version (for instance if you upgraded from Server 2016 or 2019 to 2022). Other option would be if you are running Server 2022 over virtual machine, for which is an expected issue depending on the virtual disk formatting.

The recommendation here would reinstall (remove and install) the drivers for your storage if you are using external storage or PCIe storage, ensuring that the version installed is compatible with Windows 11/Windows Server 2022.

    Hi zyuuzy-4076
My name is Rick. After reading all the answers to your question, I most agree with LimitlessTechnology-2700. As I am a film expert and very often and a lot of movies I download and watch in Windows Media Player. And I share LimitlessTechnology's point of view that it may be a driver issue. Windows Media Player releases new updates very often and sometimes I didn't have time to just update the drivers. Until I switched to the latest version of Windows, which does all the updates for me. By the way are you interested in my movie reviews and not just mine, because I'm part of a big community of video experts.
Let me know if you're interested. =)
