I don't know if I installed the right one or not

Generally I would expect the wrong one to install but better to ask the pc manufacturer or in thier forums to confirm.

Which RAM module was installed when the computer was purchased?

When were the first and second RAM modules each installed?

    1) Run:

    https://www.elevenforum.com/attachments/tuneup_plus_log-bat.36285/

Post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive.

    2) Run:

Memtest86 (free version) for two tests of four passes each (total eight passes).

    https://www.memtest86.com/

Memtest86 can run overnight while sleeping.

Just one error is a test fail and testing can be aborted.

Take pictures and post images or share links into this thread.

Memtest86 has a feature to create text reports.

If possible, please include the text reports with the images in the share links.

    3) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

    chkdsk /b /v

    Run on all drives using the syntax: chkdsk /b /v C: or chkdsk /b /v D: or chkdsk /b /v E:

Running these chkdsk switches may take significant time so run them overnight while sleeping on the windows drive.

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>chkdsk /b /v
The type of the file system is NTFS.
    Cannot lock current drive.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

    Type: Y

    Reboot as needed.

After completing the chkdsk runs on all drives post a new V2 share link into the newest post.
