Good afternoon:

Any time I try to go to security.microsoft.com or compliance.microsoft.com and log in, I'm greeted with a "Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application" error. The same account credentials log me into portal.azure.com and office.com just fine.

@B B Thanks for reaching out. We would need the account information to investigate further.
Is that an external account or a Microsoft account (live.com, hotmail.com) as sometimes the same email ID for MS account and work account may cause this type of issues ?

@B B That is expected, the idea behind allowing the guest account is for collaboration on files and resources under portal.azure.com, portal.office.com for any other admin security related stuff you need to be either the user in the directory or a user from another directory (External user) A guest user with Microsoft account will not have these access.

Here is how the Guest account looks when they are from Other tenant (External) or Outside (Gmail, live, hotmail) (Microsoft account)

@B B If you have any admin role with that account, create a new user and keep the UPN to a tenants default. Then assign it a Global Admin role or security admin role, Assign necessary licenses.
Use that newly created account to access these stuff.

    Hi @VipulSparsh-MSFT @JamesTran-MSFT ,

Hope all is well! I have similar issue with sign in to Azure portal and not sure where else I could turn to at the moment so any advise is appreciated.

I'm receiving billing charge (Invoice number: G013676492) from Azure, not a big amount but since I'm not using Azure products at all I want to see for more detail. I'm not able to sign in due to the following message:

Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application 'c44b4083-3bb0-49c1-b47d-974e53cbdf3c' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account.

I don't have any organization account, just my personal one. Tried calling support team for assistance but no use. Please please help.

Thanks in advance! Please let me know if there's anything I can do from my end.
    Andrea
