New HDD isnt showing up in disc management, but shows in BIOS

Just got my new hdd (seagate barracuda 1tb), and have installed/plugged it into my pc, but it doesnt show up in disc management. However it appears in BIOS, just like the other hdd i have (same model). Is there an easy fix for this? Please help
