"I had the same issue recently while working on a project in Visual Studio. To create an ASP.NET Web Application (.NET Framework) with C#, ensure that you’ve selected the correct workload during the installation of Visual Studio. You need to include the ‘ASP.NET and web development’ workload. If it’s missing, you can modify your installation from the Visual Studio Installer.
Also, when selecting the project type, make sure to choose 'Web' under C# templates. If it's still not visible, double-check your installed SDKs and frameworks to ensure compatibility.
By the way, while figuring this out, I took a much-needed break and stumbled upon an interesting resource about Menu offerings at some amazing restaurants. It’s worth checking out if you enjoy exploring great dining options!"
