CredentialCommand(PasswordCredential)	使用PasswordCredential物件，初始化CredentialCommand類別的新實例。
CredentialCommand(PasswordCredential, CredentialCommandCredentialDeletedHandler)	使用PasswordCredential物件和CredentialCommandCredentialDeletedHandler委派，初始化CredentialCommand類別的新實例。

屬性

CredentialDeleted	取得使用者刪除認證時，帳戶設定窗格所叫用的委派。
PasswordCredential	取得目前命令套用的密碼認證。
