徵兆

選取 [ 測試及啟用信箱 ] 以測試信箱之後， [內送電子郵件狀態 ] 會顯示 [ 失敗]，並記錄下列詳細數據警示：

無法收到電子郵件，因為信箱信箱 <名稱>的授權無效。
電子郵件伺服器錯誤碼： ErrorInvalidLicense

原因

如果您嘗試連線到未指派 Exchange Online 授權的 Exchange Online 使用者信箱，就會發生此錯誤。

解決方法

若要解決此問題， 請將 Exchange Online 授權指派給使用者信箱。

注意

如果信箱的目的是要作為佇列運作，而不是供個人使用，建議您在 Exchange 中使用共用信箱。 共用信箱不需要 Exchange Online 授權。 若要檢查信箱是否共用，請開啟 Exchange 系統管理中心，選取 [收件者]，然後選取 [共用]。 如果信箱出現在此清單中，則為共用信箱。 如果是一般信箱，您會看到將它轉換成共用信箱的選項。
