Contact insights in real-time marketing offers a comprehensive view of each contact's interactions with your marketing activities by providing access to journey engagement history, including all past email sends, opens, clicks, form submissions, and more.
- See how contacts are engaging with your marketing activities and view a summary of the most important KPIs.
- View complete details of email interactions for a selected contact, including a list of all messages sent to them, plus lists of all opens, clicks, bounces, and more.
- See which marketing forms the contact has visited and submitted and the content of each submission.
