如果必須正確處理標頭否則便擲回錯誤，則為 true，否則為 false。 預設為 false。

備註

將 ValidateMustUnderstand 屬性設定為 false，可以防止在下列情況擲回例外狀況：執行階段在訊息中發現 System.ServiceModel.Channels.MessageHeader，且此訊息的 MessageHeader.MustUnderstand 屬性為 true，但標頭不在訊息的 MessageHeaders.UnderstoodHeaders 屬性中。
