Encode(SKEncodedImageFormat, Int32)
Encodes the image using the specified format.

- SKEncodedImageFormat
The file format used to encode the image.
- quality
- Int32
The quality level to use for the image. This is in the range from 0-100.
Returns
Returns the SKData wrapping the encoded image.
Remarks
The quality is a suggestion, and not all formats (for example, PNG) respect or support it.
