Gets or sets the text that appears on this RibbonToggleButton control in a menu.

A String that represents the text on the control.
Remarks
The Description appears when RibbonToggleButton is nested in another menu, and the ItemSize property of the parent menu is set to Microsoft.Office.Core.RibbonControlSize.RibbonControlSizeLarge. If the ItemSize is set to Microsoft.Office.Core.RibbonControlSize.RibbonControlSizeRegular, the description does not appear.
This property can be changed at run time.
