A class representing a collection of RecommendedActionResource and their operations. Each RecommendedActionResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of SqlDatabaseAdvisorResource. To get a RecommendedActionCollection instance call the GetRecommendedActions method from an instance of SqlDatabaseAdvisorResource.
