A class representing a collection of ManagedInstanceDtcResource and their operations. Each ManagedInstanceDtcResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ManagedInstanceResource. To get a ManagedInstanceDtcCollection instance call the GetManagedInstanceDtcs method from an instance of ManagedInstanceResource.
