A class representing a collection of NotificationRegistrationResource and their operations. Each NotificationRegistrationResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ProviderRegistrationResource. To get a NotificationRegistrationCollection instance call the GetNotificationRegistrations method from an instance of ProviderRegistrationResource.
