A class representing a collection of NamespaceTopicResource and their operations. Each NamespaceTopicResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of EventGridNamespaceResource. To get a NamespaceTopicCollection instance call the GetNamespaceTopics method from an instance of EventGridNamespaceResource.
