A New Approach to Customer Care in Support of Next-Generation Services
We've seen some great momentum following our partnership announcement
with Convergys at at Mobile
World Congress 2010. Most recently, at TM
Forum, Convergys announced that they've signed up several SI's to the
program including Alcatel-Lucent and Tech Mahindra. In addition, HP was
announced as the preferred hardware partner.
As we alluded to in an earlier post, we expect to see several
more exciting announcements soon. In the meantime, we'd like to extend an invitation
to an upcoming Webinar that features guest speakers from both Microsoft and Convergys.
The Webinar will discuss how easily and quickly the Convergys Smart
Communications Suite powered by Microsoft can be launched as well as provide
tips on providing superior customer experience and creating new or enhanced
