Convergys and Microsoft to Offer Service Providers A Billing Solution that Improves the Consumer Experience

Today we’re excited to announce that Microsoft and Convergys will partner to deliver a billing and customer care solution aimed at providing service providers with the ability to quickly deploy new offerings to their customers - at a lower cost. The solution – the Convergys Smart Communications Suite - will be powered by Microsoft’s Dynamics CRM and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 tools.
This announcement really shows the power of partnership. By combining Microsoft’s platform and tools, with the strong industry heritage of Convergys, we can deliver on a shared vision of enabling service providers to rapidly deliver a wide range of new and differentiated services. Scalable and interoperable with existing systems and third party applications, as well as with varying deployment models, it also provides a compelling alternative to rival billing and CRM platforms.
