Response Time (Hours) Field, Service Contract Header Table
Contains the response time for the service contract.
When you add service items to the service contract, the program uses the contents of this field as the default value for the Response Time (Hours) field for the service contract lines. However, this will happen only if the value in this field is less than that in the Response Time (Hours) field for the corresponding service item in the Service Item table.
