注解

通常，该 Action 属性是一个 URI，指示 SOAP 请求的意图。 但是，SOAP 规范不限制格式以及 URI 是否引用现有文档。 Web 服务器（例如防火墙）可以使用属性的状态和内容 Action 来适当筛选 HTTP 中的 SOAP 请求消息。

默认情况下，.NET Framework版本 1.1 会在为 XML Web 服务生成的 WSDL 文档中每个受支持的 SOAP 绑定的元素属性soap:operation中发布Action属性soapAction。 支持的 SOAP 绑定是 SOAP 1.1。
