Parameters

XmlElement

An XmlElement that represents the XML data to load.

Exceptions

ArgumentNullException

The value parameter is null.

CryptographicException

The CipherValue property and the CipherReference property are null.

Remarks

The LoadXml method overwrites existing XML elements with the value parameter.
