Remarks
The TitleBarVerbStyle property enables you to retrieve a style object with style attributes for the verbs in the title bars of all WebPart controls in a zone. The property applies only when verbs are actually rendered in the title bar, such as when the WebPartVerbRenderMode property value is set to TitleBar.
Although the object referenced by the property is read-only, you can still change the underlying style attributes for the verbs in the title bar.
