Remarks
For the DataBoundControlDesigner base class, the DataBind method sets the DataSource and DataSourceID properties of the DataBoundControl object to reference the design-time data source, then calls the BaseDataBoundControl.DataBind method, and then restores the DataSource and DataSourceID properties to their original values.
For the ListControlDesigner class, however, the DataBind method has no functionality, because ListItem objects were just added to the Items collection.
