A class representing a collection of SynapseWorkloadGroupResource and their operations. Each SynapseWorkloadGroupResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of SynapseSqlPoolResource. To get a SynapseWorkloadGroupCollection instance call the GetSynapseWorkloadGroups method from an instance of SynapseSqlPoolResource.
