A class representing a collection of SynapseLibraryResource and their operations. Each SynapseLibraryResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of SynapseWorkspaceResource. To get a SynapseLibraryCollection instance call the GetSynapseLibraries method from an instance of SynapseWorkspaceResource.
