A class representing a collection of SubscriptionBillingInvoiceResource and their operations. Each SubscriptionBillingInvoiceResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of TenantResource. To get a SubscriptionBillingInvoiceCollection instance call the GetSubscriptionBillingInvoices method from an instance of TenantResource.
