A class representing a collection of BillingEnrollmentAccountResource and their operations. Each BillingEnrollmentAccountResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of BillingAccountResource. To get a BillingEnrollmentAccountCollection instance call the GetBillingEnrollmentAccounts method from an instance of BillingAccountResource.
