View quick mode details

To view quick mode details

Create a console containing IP Security Monitor. Or, open a saved console file containing IP Security Monitor.
Double-click Quick Mode.

To view quick mode details, do one of the following:
- For generic filter details, in the console tree, click Generic Filters, and then in the details pane, double-click a filter.
- For specific filter details, in the console tree, click Specific Filters. To find a specific quick mode filter, right-click Specific Filters, and then click Find matching filters.
- For negotiation policy details, in the console tree, click Negotiation Policies, and then in the details pane, double-click a policy.
- For statistical details, in the console tree, click Statistics.
- For security association details, in the console tree, click Security Associations, and then in the details pane, double-click a security association.

Notes

To perform this procedure, you must be a member of the Administrators group on the local computer, or you must have been delegated the appropriate authority. If the computer is joined to a domain, members of the Domain Admins group might be able to perform this procedure.

Quick mode details do not display Block or Permit filters.
Although there are two separate quick mode SAs established (one for the inbound traffic and one for the outbound traffic), IP Security Monitor only displays a single quick mode SA.
