HostedEventProvider.Interval Property
Gets or sets the interval at which the hosted event provider runs.
Namespace: Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.Nmo
Assembly: Microsoft.SqlServer.Smo (in microsoft.sqlserver.smo.dll)
Syntax
'Declaration
Public Property Interval As TimeSpan
public TimeSpan Interval { get; set; }
public:
property TimeSpan Interval {
TimeSpan get ();
void set (TimeSpan value);
}
/** @property */
public TimeSpan get_Interval ()
/** @property */
public void set_Interval (TimeSpan value)
public function get Interval () : TimeSpan
public function set Interval (value : TimeSpan)
Property Value
A TimeSpan object that specifies the interval.
Remarks
If you specify a StartTime value, the Interval value must divide evenly into a 24-hour period. For instance, 15 minutes is a valid interval, causing the event provider to run 96 times within a 24-hour period. However, 14 minutes is not a valid interval, because it does not divide evenly into a 24-hour period.
Thread Safety
Any public static (Shared in Microsoft Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
