Interval Element (ADF)
Specifies how frequently, after the initial start time, the event provider runs.

Remarks
The format of the XML duration data type is PnYnMnDTnHnMnS. For more information about XML data types, see Primitive XML Data Types in the MSDN Library.
Important
If you specify a StartTime value, the Interval value must divide evenly into a 24-hour period. For instance, 15 minutes is a valid interval, causing the event provider to run 96 times within a 24-hour period. However, 14 minutes is not a valid interval, because it does not divide evenly into a 24-hour period.
Example
The following example shows how to specify that Notification Services should run the hosted event provider every 2 minutes.
