Enables the application's hosted event providers on the specified server.

Parameters
- systemName
A String specifying the name of the hosted event provider's server.
Remarks
When you create an application, hosted event providers are disabled.
Enabling hosted event providers allows them to submit events to the application.
If you use this method to enable hosted event providers on a server, any disabled hosted event providers on other servers remain disabled.
Use the HostedEventProvider.Enable method to enable a single hosted event provider. Use the Disable property to disable hosted event providers.
Thread Safety
Any public static (Shared in Microsoft Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
