Gets a bias value that is used during local time translations that occur during standard time.

Property Value

An integer value that represents the bias used for local time translations that occur during standard time.

Remarks

This value is added to the value of the Bias member to form the bias used during standard time. In most time zones, the value of this member is zero.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Microsoft Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
