Property Value

An integer that represents the current bias, in minutes.

Remarks

The bias is the difference, in minutes, between UTC and local time. All translations between UTC and local time are based on the following formula.

UTC = local time + bias

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Microsoft Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
