Gets the ResourceKey for the SolidColorBrush that paints the background of an inactive window's title bar.

The resource key for the SolidColorBrush that paints the background of an inactive window's title bar. This brush's IsFrozen property is true, so it cannot be modified.
Remarks
Use the InactiveCaptionBrushKey to create a dynamic reference that paints the background of an inactive window's title bar. This dynamic reference will automatically update if the brush is changed. To create a static reference that does not update automatically, use InactiveCaptionBrush.
