Retorna a semana do ano que inclui a data no DateTime especificado.

Esse método pode ser usado para determinar o número de semanas no ano definindo o time parâmetro como o último dia do ano.

CultureInfo.DateTimeFormat contém valores específicos da cultura que podem ser usados para os rule parâmetros e firstDayOfWeek .

A FirstDayOfWeek propriedade de CultureInfo.DateTimeFormat contém o valor padrão DayOfWeek que representa o primeiro dia da semana para uma cultura específica, usando o calendário especificado na Calendar propriedade de CultureInfo.DateTimeFormat.
