Creates a new AttributeRelationship object using the specified AttributeID, inserts it to the collection at the specified index and returns the new AttributeRelationship created.

Inserts the specified AttributeRelationship to the collection at the specified index.

Insert(Int32, String)

Creates a new AttributeRelationship object using the specified AttributeID, inserts it to the collection at the specified index and returns the new AttributeRelationship created.
