DelegatingXmlDictionaryReader Class

[Starting with the .NET Framework 4.5, Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) has been fully integrated into the .NET Framework. Class wraps a given reader and delegates all XmlDictionaryReader calls to the inner wrapped reader.
