DelegatingXmlDictionaryWriter.WriteProcessingInstruction Method

[Starting with the .NET Framework 4.5, Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) has been fully integrated into the .NET Framework. Writes out a processing instruction with a space between the name and text as follows: <?name text?>.
