2.2.10.2.2.7 TXUSER_ENLISTMENT_MTAG_ENLIST_TOO_LATE

The TXUSER_ENLISTMENT_MTAG_ENLIST_TOO_LATE message is sent by the transaction manager to indicate that the creation of that enlistment failed because it is too late in the lifetime of the specified transaction.
