2.2.2.4.1.2 MSG_DTCUIC_TRACELIMIT
The MSG_DTCUIC_TRACELIMIT message is used by the Management Client to transmit a new trace level to the Management Server (see section 3.2.5.5).

MsgHeader (24 bytes): This field MUST contain a MESSAGE_PACKET structure (as specified in [MS-DTCO], section 2.2.4.1). The dwUserMsgType field MUST be 0x00003003. The dwcbVarLenData field MUST be equal to 4.
dwTraceLimit (4 bytes): A TRACE_LEVEL value that indicates the requested trace level.
