Select a hosting method for your controls in Unified Service Desk

• Because Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 is deprecated, the support for IE Process has also been discontinued in Unified Service Desk. To continue to use Unified Interface-based apps in Unified Service Desk, we recommend that you use the latest browser control host such as Edge WebView2.

Unified Service Desk offers you different browser controls for hosting your webpages. Select a browser control to host your webpage in Unified Service Desk from the Hosting Type list when you define a hosted control instance.

Note

Unified Service Desk doesn't support browser extensions for Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.
