Returns a list of transactional and snapshot pull subscriptions that use the database.

Remarks
The EnumTransPullSubscriptions method can only be called by members of the sysadmin fixed server role and members of the db_owner fixed database role.
Calling EnumTransPullSubscriptions is equivalent to executing sp_helppullsubscription (Transact-SQL).
